Hotel Ilunion San Mames - Bilbao

Everything was simply perfect. Stylish brand-new hotel with great value, we had a FAIRLY NICE stay. Booked a double room, that was provided with comfy beds and lounge area & super bathroom, for example. Also, the property was near a tram station.

Welcoming staff, greatservices, including good choice of good delicacies.

Beds were too soft.

This hotel is incredible and fairly clean with incredible location also very close to Metro for getting into the city centre and very kind staff. Really nice stay, no complains at all, we do recommend...

The hotel had an excellent lobby that created a cute atmosphere. We appreciated the morning sun while sitting outside in the breakfast area.

Quiet rooms despite location

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy double room and the super comfy beds that made it hard to get up in the morning. The lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I loved having snacks available anytime. Just a heads up, we had a little hiccup with our key not unlocking the door before checkout, but the staff sorted it out quickly. 😊

We enjoyed our stay with the kids. The location was unbeatable, with the Guggenheim Museum and San Mamés Stadium just a short walk away. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations.

In my wife's opinion, the bar was understaffed . Improving service in the dining area would enhance the overall family experience.

perfect spot for city walks and park views

I loved the hotel's proximity to both the iconic Guggenheim Museum, just over 2 km away, and the beautiful Dona Casilda Park, only a 20-minute walk, making it easy to explore the sights and soak in the scenery as a solo traveler in a really well-designed room that was clean and modern.

The stay was comfortable with a modern design that made navigation easy. We appreciated the helpful staff who provided useful information about the local Aste Nagusia festival. The room was mostly clean and designed well, but there were some stray hairs and dust found during our stay.

The Double Room was quite comfy. I loved how spacious it felt, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower had great pressure, awesome after a long day. Plus, there were USB charging points everywhere, really convenient. It was also quiet, even though it's in a central area. Honestly, cannot complain about anything!
